WHAT WE COLLECT

Two things. First, whatever you send us by email — usually your name, company, and what you are asking about. This site has no contact form and stores nothing on our servers. Second, standard website analytics: pages viewed, how you got here, browser and approximate location. We do not use analytics to identify you.

WHAT WE DO WITH IT

We use your enquiry to answer you, quote, and do business with you, and we keep the correspondence as long as that relationship and our accounting obligations require.

We never sell or trade your details. We run no advertising or retargeting on this site, and we do not email people who did not ask to hear from us.

COOKIES

Analytics cookies are on by default and you can switch them off here. If you opt out, analytics keeps running but stores nothing on your device. There are no advertising cookies. Your choice is saved in your own browser.

WHO ELSE SEES IT

Google Analytics measures the site, and Vercel hosts it and keeps standard server logs. Both process data in the United States, where TORmem is based. Beyond that, we share your information only with a supplier or shipper when filling an order you placed, or where the law requires it.

YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on where you live, you can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. Email contact@tormem.com and we will sort it out. Same address for any question about this policy.

CHANGES

If our practices change we will update this page, and the date at the top will tell you when.
